Making and Storing Your Baby's Food for The Future

Cook ahead and freeze.

  • Save unused food in an ice cube tray. (But throw away any still in the container baby ate from)
  • Cover tray tightly to prevent air getting in and causing freezer burn,
  • Date the tray
  • Use with 3 months
  • Microwave the portion you are going to serve or warm to room temperature
  • Each cube equals one ounce.
