Making and Storing Your Baby's Food for The Future
Cook ahead and freeze.
- Save unused food in an ice cube tray. (But throw away any still in the container baby ate from)
- Cover tray tightly to prevent air getting in and causing freezer burn,
- Date the tray
- Use with 3 months
- Microwave the portion you are going to serve or warm to room temperature
- Each cube equals one ounce.
