12 Foods in your diet that could be causing the fuss

Certain foods increase gas or can make your baby uncomfortable:
- Caffeine (coffee, tea, cola, chocolate)
- Onions
- Garlic
- Peppers
- Peanuts
- Cucumbers
- Cabbage
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Eggs
- Tomato/spaghetti sauce
- Spices
- Milk/dairy products (because of lactose)
Avoid these foods to help reduce gas in your baby. As your baby matures, reintroduce these foods gradually into your diet. Be aware that each child and each mother may have unique intolerances. Notice symptoms of intolerance when eating something for the first time.
Eat an extra 500 healthy food calories per day.
