An important part of taking care of kids with cystic fibrosis is making sure they are getting all the nutrients they need, and that those nutrients are absorbed properly. When they aren't eating enough, Dr. Edith Pilzer, formerly a pediatric gastroenterologist at GI Care for Kids in Atlanta, lets parents know that tube feedings may provide part of the answer.
