Kathleen Zelman is director of nutrition for the number one health and wellness website, overseeing diet, nutrition and food content on the website.Among other duties, she writes features and expert reviews, and provides expert editorial review of diet and nutrition content.

In 2007, Kathleen was awarded the prestigious Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics "Media Excellence Award" for her contribution and commitment to educating consumers about food and nutrition. The American Society for Nutrition (ASN) named her the 2011 recipient of their "Nutrition Science Media Award" for outstanding science and nutrition journalism.In June, the Institute of Food Technologists awarded her with the 2012 "Media Award for Excellence in Consumer Journalism".
