Seth Marcus, MD

Dr. Marcus is Medical Director of the South-East Eosinophilic Disease (SEED) Center (www.seedcenteratl.org). He received both his Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Medicine at Tufts University where he graduated as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his Pediatric residency at Emory University and his fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at Children's Memorial Hospital of Northwestern University. During his fellowship at Northwestern University, Dr. Marcus also earned a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation.

Dr. Marcus joined Children's Center for Digestive Healthcare in 2008. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition and the American Gastroenterological Association. He has special interests in a variety of pediatric gastrointestinal disorders and has been a principal investigator in research studying Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
