Ingredients: ¼ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1 large apple, cut in small pieces, 3 tbs. raisins, packed, 2 tbs. celery, finely chopped, ¼ tsp. cinnamon, 4 lettuce leaves (optional).

Directions

1. Mix vanilla yogurt, apple, raisins, celery, and cinnamon together and chill for 30 minutes.
2. Serve inside lettuce leaves if desired.
