Hugh Sampson, MD
Dr. Hugh Sampson is the former Director of the Jaffe Food Allergy Institute. Dr. Sampson has focused on food allergic disorders, how they start and are processed by the immune system. He recently spoke with Marion Groetch on Clinical Recommendations for Reducing and Preventing Food Allergies as part of Understanding Food Allergies in Infants and Children, a course for physicians and dietitians. They answered a number of questions for Nutrition4Kids on preventing food allergies for interested parents and caregivers.
